| The Centennial Campaign Report
The Centennial Campaign was designed to give Davis & Elkins College
a competitive edge-in creating access to education for qualified students, in offering quality
academic programs that challenge students to expand their thinking and grow in character as well
as professional qualifications, in providing facilities that meet the changing needs of the campus
and the larger community, and in inspiring ongoing support for its mission among alumni and friends.
The Centennial Campaign succeeded far beyond initial expectations. More than $25.5 million was raised,
exceeding the original $15.5 million goal by more than $10 million.
