Giving to D&E
There is no simpler or more powerful way to express one's support for Davis & Elkins College than to make a financial contribution. Your gift, regardless of the size, helps make a Davis & Elkins' special brand of quality, personalize education affordable to students and enables the College to direct additional resources to support academic programs, extracurricular activities, upgrades to technology, and improvements to facilities. Your participation also sends a powerful message to others who support and evaluate higher education; foundations often request the College's alumni participation rate as part of a standard grant application, and college ranking organizations, such as U.S. News & World Report , use the institution's alumni participation rate as one of the indicators of quality.
You may direct your gift to the fund or project that best matches your interests. A number of current and ongoing funds are listed here. If you don't find what you are looking for here and would like to explore another idea, please contact Patricia Schumann, Vice President for College Advancement, at (304) 637-1340 or pschuman@davisandelkins.edu.
Thank you for taking time to learn how your gift can make a difference for D&E today, and in the future!
