Baseball and Yoga
The Davis & Elkins College baseball team attends their weekly yoga session taught by Instructor Kristen Holmes. Coach Ron Palmer said that the yoga classes have increased the teams’ flexibility, and have been a welcomed break from the daily training sessions with the baseball staff. The baseball team has begun training for the upcoming season, which starts in February, with the home opener on March 10 against Lake Erie College.
